ladiez was anyone else the friend group comic relief or a good shoulder to cry on or good to go for for advice or something and people were friends with you but nobody saw you as anything more than a cool person 😂😂😂 was anyone else the person everyone was friends with but no one could love 😂😂😂 or even think about loving or even thought of outside of their designated role 😂😂😂

a disgusting house rotting and sagging in the southern heat, abandoned for a long time. the last mail i could find was from 1975. the odor of mold and rot hits you from down the road. i found this coincidentally pulling off to find directions back to north carolina, and the road was full of beware of dog signs and no trespassing warnings. there hasn’t been a soul here in years, the house sags hidden on top of a hill covered in overgrowth, almost weighted down by the summer heat and filth growing inside

It’s hard to explain how alienating the media has been this year as an “essential worker”. Every single piece of media produced this year is about how “we’re all” stuck inside all the time now, and I’m just like….. I got two weeks at home when I actually had covid and otherwise have gone to work every single day I normally would. All these adverts and news show lines about how we’re all in this together and we’re all spending our days baking banana bread and zoom calling and all this and I’m like….. Well, not all of us I guess. And it’s weirdly alienating and makes you feel weird and cut off
we need to talk about this more. being forgotten by capitalism is deeply terrifying, because when we’re not marketable we don’t exist.
